- Develop and implement robust quality strategies, establishing standards, policies and procedures to improve overall quality
- Initiate and monitor quality controls, processes and procedures, emphasising continuous improvement through audits, inspections and tests
- Spearhead the implementation of an error-preventing organisational structure (APQP) to drive continuous improvement
- Foster close collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement and Service, to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and effective resolution of quality issues
- Manage and develop teams of experienced quality professionals by providing training, coaching and professional development opportunities

- Management of sales order into the ERP system, ensuring that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality and taking care about customer requirements
- Support of the Sales Manager and Sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the show room, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics

- Product Design: Ensure a clear design strategy for creating sustainable, progressive, and iconic products in all Salewa-relevant categories to make the brand relevant for future generations.
- Marketing Leadership: Formulate and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision and business goals. Ensure the creation of relevant Brand content, campaigns, and communication tools, manage the overall marketing budget and guarantee consistent brand messaging across all channels and in international markets. Work with regional teams to adapt strategies to local needs.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team in marketing, design, and product management. Establish performance metrics and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to align brand and marketing strategies with Oberalp's business goals.
