Sie führen die laufenden Geschäfte des Verbandes mit Personal-, Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung. Sie leiten ein weitgehend selbstorganisiertes Team von fünf Mitarbeiterinnen in einem wertschätzenden und kooperativen Führungsverständnis. Gemeinsam mit dem Verwaltungsrat entwickeln Sie die strategische Ausrichtung des Verbandes weiter und sorgen für deren konsequente operative Umsetzung. Sie stellen die Qualität der Dienstleistungen für unsere Mitglieder sicher und entwickeln das Leistungsangebot bedarfsgerecht weiter. Sie erarbeiten Vorschläge und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Budget, Jahresplanung, Veranstaltungen, Digitalisierung und weiteren Entwicklungsthemen für den Verwaltungsrat. Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Team und dem Verwaltungsrat Initiativen zur Gewinnung neuer Mitglieder und zur langfristigen Bindung der bestehenden Mitgliedsbetriebe. Sie beobachten die politischen, rechtlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen auf Landes-, Staats- und EU-Ebene und leiten daraus langfristige Perspektiven und Handlungsoptionen für die private Vermietung ab. Sie fördern Kooperationen und tragen dazu bei, das eigenständige Profil und die Bedeutung der privaten Vermietung in Südtirol sichtbar zu machen.
