Your talents
- Completed kitchen training
- At least one year of professional experience in the kitchen area in the upscale hotel and catering industry
- Experience in several positions in the kitchen an advantage
- Responsible work scheduling
- Clean and organised way of working
- Organisational talent
- Basic knowledge of staff management
- Knowledge of merchandise management and control
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Creativity and flexibility
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Very good product knowledge
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Good knowledge of German and/or Italian and English
Your duties
- Substituting for the Chef de Partie in his absence with the utmost care
- Smooth running during the service
- Adherence to the quality and hygiene standards set by the company and the head chef
- Adherence to the no-waste principle
- Monitoring of stock and incoming goods
- Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
