As Hotline Service Technician you support our customer worldwide with all technical issues. With an intensive training, you will enter Microtec’s world: an experienced colleague helps you throughout your first steps and ensures that you can quickly become independent and advise our customers.

 Your tasks

  • Active customer support at the 24/7 Servicehotline
  • Identification and removal of technical faults – online and on site with our customer
  • Carrying out of maintenance operations and trainings

 

Your profile

  • Technical education (high school diploma) in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Good knowledge of English, further languages are an advantage
  • Good technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Availability to shift work
  • Independent and structured way of working with focus on customer needs
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Friendly and confident behavior
  • Excellent team and communication capabilities
