System Engineer - Product Architecture (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conception of an overall product architecture of the EV-chargers taking into account system requirements, mission profile and technical constraints
    • This includes among others, the design of the system topology, high-level partitioning, distribution of functions and interface definitions, taking into account the hardware and software components at system level
  • Iterative optimization of the product architecture by modelling, simulation and integration of performance feedback
  • Definition of system specifications and derivation of requirements for relevant sub-systems in close collaboration with requirements engineers and developers
  • Keeping track of the latest technical developments and advances in key components and technologies
  • Scheduling of the architecture document review sessions with the project stakeholders
    Performing risk assessments and FMEAs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
  • Experience with the architecture and system integration of complex systems
  • Self-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset
  • Strong interest in the latest technological advances in the field of EV-charging
  • Fluent in English, italian and/or German are a plus
