Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees’ technical enquiries
- Managing and processing service requests using our service management tool
- Resolving first-level support requests efficiently and effectively
- Actively contributing to the ongoing development of the IT organisation
- Monitoring internal systems and actively contributing to the knowledge database
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A degree in computer science or relevant experience in a similar position
- Passion and interest in working in the IT sector
- Customer and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent command of German and Italian
