YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and cluster root causes and corrective actions to identify patterns in service cases
• Integrate identified patterns into product and service improvement processes
• Continuously monitor the charger fleet to maintain an up-to-date overview and detect emerging trends
• Develop and implement automated pattern recognition systems to enable real-time responses to service issues

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, including statistics, data exploration, and visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills to ensure cross-functional engagement and commitment 
• Fluent in English, German and/or Italian would be an advantage
