We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Process Partner to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department in sharing with us the journey of a deep transformation that positions both core and cus-tomer-facing technologies as key drivers to make it happen.
You will be actively in contact with the Business and will collaborate to improve the performance of the organization by analyzing, identifying and proposing improvement opportunities for the pro-cesses related with your expertise area.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Functional and procedural end-to-end responsibility of the solutions implemented in col-laboration with its Business Owners
  • Carry out analysis, assessment of gaps and propose possible solutions
  • Carry out scoping, analyzing and mapping the current and future state of the architecture of the organization
  • Identifying and agreeing on improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Business Process Owners
  • Management of business changes and software developments required in ERP implemen-tation projects 
  • Support testing of changes ensuring validity, accuracy and reliability of solutions
  • Providing user support for initiated projects, conducting training activities to Business Key User and distributing accountabilities accordingly
  • Providing second level support to end users when nedeed


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Scientific Field
  • Some basic knowledge of the main languages used in DB management, including especially SQL would be an advantage
  • Experience with ERP process and technologies: BC or NAV preferred
  • Knowledge about the following company processes: administration, finance, controlling, credit, treasury 
  • Min. 4 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Very good English skills, and fluency in Italian or German
  • Ability to understand business needs and problems by collecting all relevant information needed, translating them into clear requirements and manageable components and identifying and propos-ing options and solutions satisfying the business stakeholders
  • Cross functional thinking approach

  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and solution oriented
