Field Service Technician - Tirol (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Execute basic and advanced diagnostic, maintenance and repair work on all aspects of hyperchargers (commissioning, periodical interventions etc.)
- Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency
- Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs
- Provide feedback to our remote service and development teams directly to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products
- In agreement with the service coordinator, organization of the service interventions in the respective area of work
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical training/certificate or work experiences in the field of electrical engineering or demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes
- Ideally, first professional experiences as an electrician in the low-voltage range (up to 1,000 V)
- Interest in the topic of e-mobility
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as high commitment
- Valid driver’s license for category B vehicles
- High willingness to travel
