Employee Customer Service (m/f/d) - Intercable Tec

Position

  • Support of the assigned customers regarding orders and delivery dates
  • Input, coordination and monitoring of customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • Handling customer complaints regarding delivery dates and providing suitable solutions within the given deadlines
  • Set-up and maintenance of the customer database
  • Forwarding of inquiries and orders to the right department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good knowledge of the Italian language
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and responsible work attitude
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
