- Successfully completed a kitchen education
- At least two years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale patisserie sector.

Your duties
- Representation chief de patisserie and leadership of the assigned employees with the greatest care
- Preparation and preparation of desserts, bread, sweets and pastries in collaboration with the Chef de Patisserie
- Smooth operation during service
- Impart specialist knowledge to apprentices
- Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy
