Customer Support - Planning & Control (f/m)

As Customer Support Planning & Control you will organise service visits done by our Customer Support Team and be always in contact with our clients. You will work in a dynamic team of experts and collaborate in various projects, contributing to the success of our innovating company.

Your tasks

  • Organization and coordination of service visits done by the Customer Support technicians
  • Maintenance of client relationships in all stages during visits planning
  • Management of active service contracts, starting after the release from the Sales process
  • Coordination and overview of repair processes
  • General controlling activities related to the Customer Support department
  • Key contact person between the After Sales Team and the Customer Support Team, aiming at continuously improving the information flow

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of German and English. Being a German native speaker and knowing Italian are considered a plus
  • High organizational and relational skills
  • Independent and structured way of working with a customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in common Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Enthusiasm for technology
  • Team player
