As Customer Care Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and manage the new Customer Service Centre, maintaining a high customer satisfaction. In this role you will also be responsible for optimising departments’s processes and developing the services offered.
Your tasks
- Structuring and reorganization of the After Sales department and of the Customer Support into a modern and innovative Customer Care Centre
- Transformation of the Customer Care into a profit centre
- Strategic development and implementation of new ideas for the improvement of our Customer Care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Business expansion with new customer service products/solutions
- Definition of KPIs and introduction of control systems to record productivity
- Coordination and optimisation of operations and work processes
- Supporting the management for various issues and projects
Your profile
- Degree in a technical field
- Experience in a similar role roles, if in the industrial world is an advantage
- Previous experience in the development of services and offers, preferably in a B2B environment
- High communication and organizational skills
- Determination and result orientation
- Good command of the English language, the knowledge of German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
