YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of new article, company, and address master data entries and initiation of workflows for subsequent maintenance.
- Regular monitoring of master data consistency in APplus and implementation of corrective measures upon identifying discrepancies.
- Development of dashboards to improve transparency in master data management.
- Provision of support and acting as the primary point of contact for departmental inquiries regarding master data.
- Contribution to the definition of all relevant master data processes.
- Delivery of training sessions to department staff on master data processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- At least high school diploma (Matura) and 5 years of production experience (preferably in automotive or serial manufacturing).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with ERP systems, specifically in master data.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of decision-making and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, German is preferred.
