Your talents
- Successfully completed hotel or restaurant management training
- Experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Host with passion and you respond individually to our guests and their needs
- Leadership skills
- Team spirit and willingness to help
- Open to new challenges and willing to constantly develop yourself further
- Sommelier training desirable
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
Your tasks
- Assisting and replacing the Restaurant Manager on his days off
- Leading the staff in the restaurant and instructing the apprentices and trainees
- Taking care of our guests in a professional and at the same time cordial way
- Professional complaint management
- Advising our guests on culinary issues
- Responsible for the training of new employees
