YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Establishment, further development and management of the software development team
- Optimization of existing processes as well as definition of standards to ensure efficiency and quality in the area of software development
- Close cooperation with the various departments, stakeholders and customers
- Planning and monitoring of development activities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Master's degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering
- Professional experience in a leadership role in the area of embedded software development
- Strong people management skills in a rapidly growing environment
- Proven in-depth knowledge of embedded software systems development, firmware and embedded LINUX development
- Strong decision-making and innovation skills
- Business fluent German or Italian as well as very good English skills
