Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)
in Bolzano
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Exciting
- You develop and establish an efficient and effective recruitment and applicant management process
- You coordinate with the HR Business Partner the personnel requirements in the various areas and departments of the company
- You source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- You will create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the specific requirements of the position and the culture of the alpitronic (Cultural Fit)
- You organize and attend job fairs and recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - convincing
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- Several years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar role in a company with manufacturing plants
- In-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting process and various interview and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Very good level in spoken and written English and German or English and Italian
