YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating service technicians and service partners
- Managing assignments and coordinating with customers
- Communicating with our remote service team and developers directly
- Arranging assignments independently
- Planning annual inspections
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical education or experience
- Interest in the field of e-mobility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and structured work approach, high commitment, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Fluent in English and German or Italian
