YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Developing work instructions to ensure quality and adherence to correct working methods
- Participating in the planning of workstations, assembly and testing equipment, material flows and information flows
- Contributing to workshops for equipment and workstation design, as well as logistics concepts
- Preparing equipment procurement specifications
- Creating CAD drawings for equipment design based on defined requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical secondary school education or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD programmes, preferably AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Previous work experience in manufacturing companies is advantageous
- Understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Strong focus on quality and responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Independent, organised and structured approach to work
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to travel
- Good command of German, Italian and English
