For our headquarters in Bolzano we are looking for:
QUALITY ENGINEER R&D (m/w/x)
TASK
- Moderation and root cause analysis of complex design issues regarding, f.ex. degradation, voltage overcharges, use of material.
- Support R&D in the definition of quality targets and planning of quality assurance measures
- Methodical support of the development teams in the implementation of quality assurance measures
- Supporting process development in the creation of test equipment requirements
- Ensuring that quality requirements are taken into account for developments
- Conducting development audits and supporting the processing of audit deviations
- Provide training to R&D staff on quality assurance methods
REQUIRED SKILLS
- DOE professional or comparable skills
- Strong power electronic background
- Knowledge of test equipment strategies, analyzing and reaching sustainability
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (including 8D, PLP, statistical process control)
- Knowledge of improvement management
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent English and good German language skills. Italian advantageous
