YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systematic evalutation and analysis of data and returns from the field (hardware)
- Identification, classification and prioritisation of different error types
- Statistical analysis of failure and/or malfunction modes
- Root Cause Analysis and guidance on preventive failure detection
- Identification of improvement opportunities in R&D projects
- Input to Software area for improvement of diagnostic features
- Preparation of instructions for service and repair centres
- Creation and monitoring of corrective actions, preparation of 8D reports
- Possible areas of focus: field failure analysis, electrics & electronics, mechanics, continuous improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in electric/electronic engineering or equivalent
- Previous working experience in R&D or Product quality
- Knowledge of power electronics devices and project management is preferable
- Knowledge of the main problem solving tools (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, ...)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data management
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and strong proactiveness
- Open to national and international travels
- Fluent in English, as well as Italian or German
