Lean Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensuring organisation and orderliness at all Alpitronic locations
- Coordinating, organising and conducting plant tours for customers
- Preparing training documents for Lean Management and organising and conducting training courses
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering
- Expertise in Lean Production, preferably with formal training
- Experience as a trainer and in plant management
- Proficiency in continuous improvement management and shop floor management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German, Italian and English
