HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Exciting
- You provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
- You support the hiring managers in finding the right talents and you establish an efficient and effective recruitment and applicant management process
- You plan and implement personnel development-measures
- You have the responsibility of overarching HR projects and drive further development of HR tools
- You coordinate Change Management projects
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - convincing
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- Experience as HR Business Partner or a similar role in a company with manufacturing plants
- High self-motivation, problem solving attitude and goal-oriented
- Very good level in spoken and written English and German or English and Italian
