YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Sharing responsibility for property maintenance
- Ensuring adherence to legal and technical regulations
- Managing infrastructure projects independently or collaborating within a team
- Overseeing existing contracts and supporting the negotiation of new contracts with external partners
- Developing and supervising measures for process and cost optimisation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- General or technical secondary school education
- Experience in the management of office and commercial properties is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent command of German and Italian
- Valid B driver’s license
