To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are seeking for a functional consultant to serve as a trade-union between internal and external partners and vendors in the ongoing development and optimization of the digital sales and marketing landscape.

YOUR TASKS

You will be responsible for the ideation, implementation, maintenance and support of multiple systems, primarily in the digital sales and marketing domain:

  • Design of software solutions to meet overarching company goals and objectives aligned with the digital business development roadmap
  • Requirement gathering with internal stakeholders (local markets and other global departments) and functional analysis in partnership with external parties
  • Configuration / Customization of multiple software solutions and systems
  • Facilitate the change management and adoption of software solutions within the organization
  • Close collaboration with KeyUsers, Business Partners and technical IT roles
  • Coordination of external vendors and cost/licencing management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of experience within the computer science field, ideally with a background in bringing Business and IT together. Proven track record of driving projects to timely completion from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution with end user accepted deliverables
  • Excellent knowledge of architecting, designing, implementing, configuring and optimizing different digital sales and marketing solutions
  • Primary systems (must have): Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, one e-commerce platform (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, SAP Commerce), one CMS platform (e.g. Magnolia, WordPress)
  • Secondary systems (nice to have): Resco Mobile CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, a syndication system (e.g., Lengow), a PIM system (e.g., Stibo Step), a Social Media Management platform (e.g., BrightWatch)
  • Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles, interfacing and integrating systems, agile methodologies, data structures, patterns and algorithms
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, proactive and with strong organizational skills
  • An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
  • Excellent knowledge of English and one language among Italian or German
