Business Process Analyst (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting and leading workshops to define and specify business processes and requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the ERP system ap+
- Support and further development of the product configurator and master data processes in ap+
- Ensuring process documentation and developing training concepts and conducting trainings in ap+
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Completed studies in the area of business informatics or comparable
- Ideally several years of professional experience in dealing with ERP systems, preferably with ap+
- Expert in process management ideally with focus on master data and data migration
- Sound knowledge of automation in the IT environment (RPA, OCR, dashboards, BI)
- Reliable and independent way of working as well as good communication skills
- Good German, Italian and English language skills
