YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishment and development of our Analysis & Repair Shop
- Leadership and development of the team
- Implementation and improvement of necessary processes throughout the Analysis & Repair Shop
- Cross-department coordination of analysis activities and repair orders
- Diagnosing problems, identifying causes, and developing solutions.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Completed Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product repair, preferably in a similar area such as a repair shop
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Proficient technical knowledge in equipment and electronic component repairs
- Dedication, commitment, and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, German, and Italian
