YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Preparing and handling offers as well as processing orders
- Providing customer support for sales-related enquiries
- Entering customer orders into the ERP system
- Maintaining and cultivating customer relationships
- Monitoring and implementing measures to meet delivery deadlines
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Completed technical training and prior professional experience is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and think analytically
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent command of English and Italian or German
