System developer of bidirectional grid-connected power converters (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- System development of bidirectional grid-connected power converters (GCPC)
- Model-based design, simulation and implementation of robust control methods for all situations to be covered in the power supply network
- Validation and optimisation of the control procedures in the laboratory using grid simulators
- Implementation of the requirements from relevant standards and directives on the topic of grid connection of charging infrastructure, battery storage systems and generator systems
- Support in the design and layout of the essential components of GCPC, taking into account the specific requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- University degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, computer science or engineering
- Significant work experience is a must
- Fundamental experience in the simulation of grid-connected inverters
- Knowledge in the design of bidirectional grid-connected power converters
- Knowledge of the requirements resulting from the technical connection conditions and standards
- Basic knowledge of embedded programming
- Precise, analytical and structured way of working, networked thinking, problem-solving orientation
- Very high motivation and interest in research and development
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and good knowledge of German or Italian
