Support Engineer (Level 3) (m/f/d) in Bolzano or Bergamo
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve escalated service issues
- Perform software diagnostics, technical analyses and failure analyses to provide remote solutions to customers and field service technicians.
- Provide technical support to customers and field service technicians during commissioning.
- Help analyze repetitive issues and help determine the root cause of those issues
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering (by education or experience)
- 0-3 years’ experience in either: Technical, Remote or Customer Support
- Well organized and structured work ethic
- Good communication skills: English speaking and writing, Italian or German speaking is a plus
- Solution oriented and Customer focused
