Semiconductor Testing Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Managing the team on a technical and disciplinary level
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers in the field of semiconductor test benches and testing
- Independently managing, planning and implementing new product features for our power cycling test benches for semiconductors, including system concepts, electronics and software
- Overseeing laboratory operations and developing innovative test procedures
- Representing the company in international standardisation committees for defining semiconductor quality standards
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science
- Strong commitment and keen interest in technology
- Several years of experience in hardware and software development of test equipment
- Proficiency in programming in a hardware-related language and/or test automation (e.g. C, LabVIEW)
- Knowledge of electrical and control engineering, physics and semiconductor physics
- Sense of responsibility, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, along with very good command of German or Italian
