  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Preferred with ASA-J knowledge
  • Other computer skills

  • Customer-oriented and maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner.
  • Good German, Italian and English language skills

Your duties

  • Check in and Check out
  • Processing of reservations and inquiries
  • Correspondence of emails and guest messages
  • Complaint management
  • Advice our guests by telephone, e-mail and in a personal conversation on site
  • Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
  • Taking care of the FORESTIS Shop
