Your role

  • You will develop customer-specific features using state-of-the-art tools and agile methods
  • You migrate existing features to new product versions and debug any errors independently
  • You write and modify Groovy scripts for the configuration of the application and SQL scripts to change data and configuration in the database 
  • In your role as 3rd level support engineer you support the customer 2nd level support with inquiries, incidents and change requests.
  • You will be in close contact with the project managers and consultants of Sumex, assist in the preparation of offers and pass on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement to product management and product development

Your profile

  • Ideally you have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in contact with larger companies such as insurance companies, banks or public administrations
  • Experience in software 3rd level support and its configuration and/or integration
  • Experience in the programming language Java or similar languages with passion for error analysis based on logs / stacktraces
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are a team player, quality conscious, appreciate agile working and are assertive
