We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Process partner to join our Group Business Processes & IT Dept.
Partnering with internal stakeholders, you will have the possibility to lead exciting and challenging projects, where you can propose, suggest and implement cross-functional business process improvements and solutions, supported by IT dept.
You will be actively in contact with the Business and will collaborate to improve the performance of the organization by analyzing, identifying and proposing improvement opportunities for the processes related with your expertise area.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Help in scoping, analyzing and mapping the current and future state of the processes of the organization
  • Identifying and agreeing on improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Business Process Owners
  • Creation and lead of business change management projects with the help of IT department
  • Providing training to Process Owners and distributing accountabilities accordingly
  • Support in developing metrics (KPIs) for measuring the change adoption

Profile:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement, production or logistics
  • Very good English skills, Italian or German skills are considered a plus
  • Excellent business processes analysis and design skills 
  • Fair understanding of information technology applied to business processes
  • Results oriented and proactive approach
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
