The Innovation Management team supports companies with specialised consulting services to unleash their innovation potential and develop products, services or business models. With the services Alpha Innovation, Pi Innovation, Corporate-Startup Matching and Students & Company Sprint, it makes a significant contribution to shaping a desirable future.
We entrust this to you:
- customer support in the development of products, services and business models
- implementation of our innovation methods
- organisation and moderation of creative processes
- innovation research (field and desk)
- teamwork for the joint implementation of consulting projects
You:
- have a master's degree in the fields of design, innovation, entrepreneurship or related subjects
- have experience in innovation and design, industry or consulting, especially in the application of innovation and design methods, as well as experience in project management
- have a talent to bring people together in innovation teams and inspire them to creative performance
- are service orientated, enjoy organising and moderating workshops, have organisational and planning skills
- have very good knowledge of German, Italian and English
