Your talents
- Successfully completed a kitchen training or are still in training
- Professional experience in the kitchen area in the upscale hotel and gastronomy sector desirable
- Quick comprehension
- Clean and organised way of working
- Knowledge of merchandise management and control
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Creativity and flexibility

- Team player with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Good knowledge of German or Italian and English
Your duties
- Preparation of desserts, bread, sweets and pastries
- Collaboration with Chef de Patisserie and Demi Chef de Patisserie
