Your Responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and evaluation of sales and trade activities with focus on profitability and efficiency
- Ensure effective trade spend allocation to support short‑ and long‑term revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and develop actionable insights across all brands
- Define, track, and improve commercial KPIs and plan accuracy
- Create pre‑ and post‑promotion ROI analyses in collaboration with Sales and Controlling
- Develop and implement Revenue Growth Management (RGM) guidelines and support the Marketing & Trade Marketing Team defining the most effective and efficient product portfolio architecture specifically in terms of incrementality and profitability
- Manage contingency and opportunistic trade investments to generate incremental profitable growth
- Coordinate sales planning activities and ensure the expected level of forecasting accuracy, overseeing the bottom-up input via SAP IBP
- Oversee and manage, with the support of Head of Sales, Business Director and Trade Marketing teams, sales target definition and related incentive annual plans

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline end-to-end commercial processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration).
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget), ensuring strong collaboration with the PMO/Transformation Office and the Commercial Process & Project Manager.
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant Sales & Marketing applications (UAT coordination, first-level support, functional analysis).
- Maintain effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across all involved teams.
- Support data governance for customer and commercial data (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Ensure secure data collaboration with external partners.
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, sustainability, and CSR guidelines.

- Strategische Entwicklung: Du entwickelst und setzt ganzheitliche Trade-Marketing-Strategien für verschiedene Vertriebskanäle um – stets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren strategischen Partnern und mit Fokus auf die Positionierung der Südtiroler Qualitätsprodukte.
- Beziehungsmanagement: Du baust nachhaltige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Schlüsselpartnern im internationalen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel auf und pflegst diese aktiv.
- Kooperative Kampagnenplanung: Gemeinsam mit unseren Handelspartnern planst, entwickelst und optimierst du zielgerichtete Marketingaktionen, um langfristige und erfolgreiche Kooperationen zu sichern.
- Aktionsmanagement: Du koordinierst Promotions, Verkaufsaktionen und POS-Materialien – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Auswertung – in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Partnern.
- Schnittstellenfunktion: Du agierst als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen den Herstellern der Südtiroler Qualitätsprodukte und den Handelspartnern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Teamführung: Du führst ein kleines, erfahrenes und engagiertes Team, förderst deren Weiterentwicklung und sorgst für eine strukturierte, motivierende Arbeitsweise.
- Budgetverantwortung: Du planst, verwaltest und verantwortest eigenständig die dir zugewiesenen Budgets und stellst eine effiziente Mittelverwendung sicher.

YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate the strategic sales key initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling, R&D and Supply Chain
- Coordination, planning and monitoring of interdisciplinary strategic sales programs and their sub-projects aligned with the strategic sales goals (sell-in, sell-out, innovation, seasonal campaigns)
- Support the strategic planning and budgeting cycle, ensuring consistency between business priorities, resource allocation, project roadmap and project portfolio
- Manage the overall project pipeline, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility on timelines
- Anticipate interdependencies across launches, production and marketing activities
- Define and track key execution KPIs (time-to-market, promotional effectiveness, cost efficiency)
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of program / project goals, content, budget and roadmap ensuring clear prioritization and providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders on progress vs. strategic milestones and investment returns
