Technical Remote Support Level 3 (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Resolve escalated service issues
  • Perform software diagnostics, technical analyses and failure analyses to provide remote solutions to customers and field service technicians.
  • Provide technical support to customers and field service technicians during commissioning.
  • Help analyze repetitive issues and help determine the root cause of those issues

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (by education or experience)
  • 0-3 years’ experience in either: Technical, Remote or Customer Support
  • Well organized and structured work ethic
  • Fluent in German and English in speaking and writing
  • Solution oriented and Customer focused
