In our software development sector we create powerful applications and implement innovative projects with our customers. These include MES systems for planning, controlling and optimising production as well as ERP solutions for the full mapping of business processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • You support us in processing the service requests of our customers and partners
  • You will be involved in troubleshooting on both the client and server side, on-premise or in the Azure cloud
  • You will work in a goal-oriented manner on ticket creation and problem solving
  • For more complex service requests, you will work closely with our software development team
  • You stay in constant contact with the customer
  • You work your way into the business processes and the programming environment of our software

Your skills:

  • Training or studies in the field of computer science 
  • Basic knowledge of the SQL Server database and object-oriented programming (OOP) 
  • Professional experience is an asset, but not a prerequisite 
  • Knowledge of the German and English language
