Internal Sales Specialist (f/m)

As Internal Sales Specialist, you will work in the Pre-Sales department to develop and implement challenging projects, aiming at improving the sales process and feasibility.

Your tasks

  • Preparation of calculations and retrospective calculations
  • Preparation of offer and order texts in cooperation with the our technical and sales department
  • Order processing
  • Maintenance and update of the customer database (CRM)
  • Identification of considerable cost factors in cooperation with the technical departments
  • Technical/commercial support in the phases of the sales process
  • Documentation of technical specifications for the sales department
  • Collection and verification of requirements and needs expressed by clients to influence the company strategic development process
  • Definition and structuring of the technical-commercial specification of products
  • Continued support and cooperation with technical departments for the definition of estimates and technical specifications

Your profile

  • Technical background, a master degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar is considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English, being a German native speaker and knowing Italian are considered a plus
  • Structured and autonomous way of working with a special attention to client needs
  • Ability to understand industrial processes to create feasible projects during the sales phase
  • Ability to identify and analyze technical and economic aspects, with a focus on the industrial processes and the definition of projects feasibility
  • Strong relational and communication skills
  • Availability to travel occasionally worldwide for meetings with customers or trade fairs, if necessary
  • Driving license B
