- Ideally ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge
- Other IT skills (Microsoft Office package)

- Customer orientation and maintaining contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner
- Sales skills
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
Your tasks
- Taking care of VIP guests and celebrities
- Guest profiling
- Concierge activities
- Support of the receptionist at check-in and check-out
- Correspondence of emails and guest messages
- Complaint management
- Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
