For our new climbing hall in the city center of Bolzano (Waltherpark) we are looking for a Climbing Gym Manager from October onwards. The Climbing Gym Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the climbing hall, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all members and visitors. This role combines leadership, customer service, safety management, and community engagement to create a top-tier climbing experience. Tasks & responsibilities-Manage day-to-day operations of the climbing gym-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety drills and inspections-Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment-Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and manage staff schedules-Promote the gym within the local community through events, partnerships, and outreach programs-Coordinate and oversee climbing programs, including classes, and competions'-Coordinate logistic of incoming and outgoing goods in the climbing gym-Communication and relations with Waltherpark administration and logistics -Monthly report financial results to supervisor Profile-Proven experience in gym or facility management-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities-Experience in the climbing world-Very good German and Italian skills, good English skills Workplace: Bolzano, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
