Support Agent Level 1 (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of our Field Service Technician
- You take over the support of our customers on the phone or by e-mail
- Raise service tickets
- Remotely support customers during commissioning and maintenance of their hyperchargers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience in customer service or call center is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in shift
- independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm, teamwork and communication skills
- English and Italian in speaking and writing, a 3rd language is a plus (German, French, Spanish)
