  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or tourism in a management position
  • Ideally ASA-J knowledge
  • Other IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
  • Enjoyment of the job
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Distinct communicative skills
  • Organizational talent
  • Customer-oriented and maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner
  • Sales skills
  • Good knowledge of German, Italian and English, further language skills would be an advantage

Your tasks

  • Independent management of the reception
  • Participation in department manager meetings
  • Staff management
  • Responsibility for the constant high quality of guest service
  • Reception and individual support for guest requests
  • Complaint management
  • Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
  • Responsible for a professional and quick processing of the daily incoming reservation requests in consultation with Reservations
  • Accounting preparation in consultation with the management
  • Guest consultation via telephone, e-mail and personal conversation on site
  • Check-in and check-out
