We are looking for a Demand Planning Director who will be responsible for a smooth and accurate demand planning process for all of our 6 own brands product categories, starting from the forecast planning and collection activities to the final output to the purchasing teams.
As responsible for inventory management/stock turn and availability you lead a planning team to deliver robust demand plans.
You drive the S&OP process and assure collaboration between the Sales Directors of the different sales channels and operational divisions to ensure total demand plan meets business objectives on inventory, service and costs.


  • Determine demand plan across the different product categories and sales channels and communicate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Brands, Divisions, Sales Channels) to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure availability of the right products, right quantity, at the right time, in the right size and colors
  • Responsible for inventory and to allocate and monitor the correct stock level within the channels
  • Provide a clear overview of inventory at any time
  • Organize and drive meetings with the channel sales directors, divisions and logistics to gain buy in to the demand plan


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Italian and/or German
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a pro-active approach to business
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process oriented with the ability to identify solutions to problems and opportunities by analyzing data
  • Excellent organizational skills
