- Pulizia e cura di camere da letto e soggiorno, bagni e aree comuni dell’hotel (corridoi, rampe di scale, finestre, area lounge e buffet, sala ristorante, bar e reception, sala fitness, area wellness, piscina, toilette, ecc.)
- Stirare e ripiegare la biancheria, piegare la biancheria in spugna
- Trasportare della biancheria nelle rispettive aree dell’hotel
- Mantenere standard qualitativi conformi alle direttive
- Svolgere vari lavori preliminari per l’ufficio di housekeeping al piano (rifornimento dei prodotti di pulizia, articoli per gli ospiti e biancheria pulita, manutenzione, pulizia e controllo della funzionalità degli oggetti di uso comune)
- Pulire, controllare e rifornire minibar e stazioni di tè e caffè
- Discutere giornalmente il programma di pulizia delle camere
- Discutere di richieste speciali degli ospiti
- Inoltrare i compiti di riparazione alla governante e svolgere autonomamente piccoli lavori di riparazione nelle camere degli ospiti (per es. sostituzione delle lampadine)
