For our Headquarters located in Postal, Italy we are looking for a
Global Brand Insights Manager (m/f/d)
The objective of the position is to develop and design brand and communication relevant market research, define relevant Business KPI, analyze consumer data, and follow FMCG industry and gluten-free trends to support the teams’ decisions.
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement the qualitative and quantitative brand equity and communicate relevant market research activities in collaboration with the respective interfaces such as Market Data and Intelligence teams
- Define, measure, monitor and develop brand relevant KPIs and metrics (eg. NPS, SOV)
- Assess the impact and effectiveness of communication activities and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence and Communication Team
- Ensure appropriate implementation of the Net Promoter Score survey within our database (>20 countries). Present and discuss NPS results with global and local Marketing Integration
Your profile:
- Academic degree, ideally marketing or commercial related field
- 5+ years experience in consumer insights or market research
- Analytical skills, knowledge of market research methodologies, data collection tools and statistical analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German is considered a plus
