- Identifizieren und Qualifizieren neuer Lieferanten für elektronische Komponenten und EMS in Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Kosteningenieuren, Lieferkettenmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und anderen relevanten Unternehmensabteilungen
- Verhandeln von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen mit Lieferanten, einschließlich technischer und kommerzieller Bedingungen
- Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Lieferanten, um eine konsistente Leistung sicherzustellen und Probleme zu lösen. Dazu gehören regelmäßige Kommunikation, Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung anhand definierter Kennzahlen und Zusammenarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Preisen, Bedingungen und Konditionen, um Markttrends und Geschäftsanforderungen Rechnung zu tragen.
- Durchführung umfassender Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends, Benchmarking von Kosten und strategischen Beschaffungsentscheidungen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Angeboten der Lieferanten, um den besten Wert für die Organisation zu sichern
- Lieferantenscouting und Vor-Ort-Besuche zur Bewertung von Fähigkeiten und Entwicklungspotenzialen, um die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards des Unternehmens sicherzustellen
- Verwaltung der Bestellungserstellung, Sicherstellung pünktlicher und genauer Lieferungen sowie Nachverfolgung der Wareneingänge und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform penetration testing on chargers, embedded controllers, and backend infrastructures using various techniques (e.g. brute force, code injection, malformed data)
- Attack implemented security mitigations in order to bypass them, either via software or hardware techniques such as fault injection, glitches and side-channel attacks
- Identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in charging protocols in connection with EVs and CPOs
- Create reports of any findings and support the team in assessing the identified vulnerabilities, possibly providing remediation requirements
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a distributed penetration testing lab, including the selection of tools, programming languages and scripts

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyse stakeholder cybersecurity requirements (standards, regulations and customers)
- Perform threat and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments to identify the necessary mitigations for development, production, maintenance and decommissioning
- Support internal vulnerability assessments by reviewing available work products
- Monitor security vulnerabilities that may affect the product and assess the severity of any related corrections and verifications
- Support cybersecurity audits at customer premises and/or those carried out by certification bodies
- Monitor the evolution of international regulations and standards impacting cybersecurity

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop software cyber security mechanisms in accordance with applicable cyber security requirements and secure code writing guidelines
- Support in monitoring vulnerabilities that may affect the product, assessing their severity and managing any associated correction and verification
- Assist in the definition/updating of secure coding guidelines
- Support the integration and configuration of cybersecurity mechanisms for the entire product lifecycle (development, production, maintenance)
- Write documentation on the software developed in accordance with the process
- Debugging code on various systems using debuggers
- Read and understand the technical documentation of the µprocessors and µcontrollers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership for Alpitronic's power electronics development
- Develop new generation power electronics, such as new switching topologies, introduction of new power semiconductors and new gate driver circuits
- Develop innovative and cost-optimised power electronics, maximising power density (power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors)
- Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assemblies
- Lead field return analyses for power electronics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
- Defend the digital assets of the company against cyber-attacks and other potential internal and/or external threats
- Detect anomalous threats and respond to security incidents
- Perform risk assessment analysis, by identifying vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious attackers, to proactively anticipate and prevent cyber-attacks
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, by taking measures to address deficiencies and vulnerabilities along with recommendations for improvement to mitigate and eliminate risk
- Develop security protocols, standards and policies, as well as disaster recovery plans and conducting security audits
- Monitoring security breaches and conduct Digital footprint analysis
- Running network tests and testing firewalls, creating patches or implementing new protocols as required to ensure that all defences are effective
- Ensure that all security software is configured, monitored and audited and that security tools are running properly

- Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D department
- Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction
- Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs
- Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D and across departments
- Define & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different players
- Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation
