- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop software cyber security mechanisms in accordance with applicable cyber security requirements and secure code writing guidelines

- Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assemblies

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a dedicated Red Team performing the following tasks:
- Penetration tests on chargers, embedded controllers, vehicles and backend infrastructures using a variety of techniques such as brute force, code injection, malformed data, fuzzing, hardware hacking
- Perform open ports, binary and FW images scanning
- Attack implemented security mitigations to bypass them (either via SW or with HW techniques such as fault injection, glitches, side channel attacks)
- Identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in charging protocols associated with EV and with CPO
- Report any findings and support the team in assessing the identified vulnerabilities, possibly providing remediation requirements
- Entering into CTF and Bug Bounty competitions at global security conferences
- Speaking at security and industry conferences and publishing new and innovative research
- Support the establishment of a hardware pentest lab, including the selection of tools and their programming languages and scripts, capable of performing full vehicle tests including 2G/3G/4G MITM, Bluetooth and other RF tests
- Collaborating with our customer’s Red Teams and running workshops and hackathons
- Supporting 3rd party pentests and overseeing and verifying remediations
- Managing Red/Blue Team exercises, war games, playbook creation etc

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
- Defend the digital assets of the company against cyber-attacks and other potential internal and/or external threats
- Detect anomalous threats and respond to security incidents
- Perform risk assessment analysis, by identifying vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious attackers, to proactively anticipate and prevent cyber-attacks
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, by taking measures to address deficiencies and vulnerabilities along with recommendations for improvement to mitigate and eliminate risk
- Develop security protocols, standards and policies, as well as disaster recovery plans and conducting security audits
- Monitoring security breaches and conduct Digital footprint analysis
- Running network tests and testing firewalls, creating patches or implementing new protocols as required to ensure that all defences are effective
- Ensure that all security software is configured, monitored and audited and that security tools are running properly

- Be the system architect of DC chargers’ diagnostic functions and utilities, both embedded and remote

- Create models and lead the implementation for the functions related to the operation of the charging cables and cooling units
- Keep track of the latest technical developments and advances for charging cables and cooling units
- Lead the communication and exchange towards the suppliers of the subsystems (charging cables and cooling units)
- Be the contact person within the company for all high level questions on charging cables and cooling units (especially for R&D, quality dept and production)

- Address the project needs and implement the EMC concept, supported by preliminary calculations and best practices
- Verify the EMC concept implementation through internal coordination with other R&D departments and design reviews
- Analyse the EMC standard to define EMC requirements at project level (system or sub-system)
- Perform preliminary calculation of the EMC behaviour with simple circuital model using Ansys Circuit Designer
- Design the EMI filters (for HV and LV), including component selection/schematic
- Perform and coordinate the debug phase activities
- Verify the correct execution of the EMC validation (setup and results) assisting the test phases
- Prepare EMC related project documentation (e.g. debug test report, compliance matrix coverage)
- Improve the design according to requirements and costs
- Follow and support the change request processes
