Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Support, monitor and improve standard customer service processes
  • Participate in ongoing and new customer service projects
  • Coordinate local departments on the order to cash process with a constant improvement approach
  • Support and improve sales contract management process
  • Monitor and coordinate customer master data management (including on and off invoice sales conditions like price lists and discounts)
  • Continuous focus on cost reduction, automatization and process improvement
  • Manage, monitor and reduce out of stocks and write-offs with local teams 

Your profile

  • University Degree in Economics 
  • Proven 4-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Open minded, proactive, analytical and out of the box thinking personality, used to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English, German and/or Italian considered a plus
