YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage service campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and customers

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production
  • Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up
  • Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, 
    ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management
  • Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management
  • Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure
  • Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production
  • Definition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability
  • Participation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI
    Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities
Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of payroll processes and communication with external payroll provider
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, such as onboarding, employee handbook, time tracking, exit interviews, etc.
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition, including correspondence, applicant management, pre-selection, and conducting interviews
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external training initiatives; maintaining a training calendar
  • Handling all HR-related administrative tasks: maintaining employee records, archiving, and managing contracts and permits
  • Employee relations and support, including handling complaints and promoting a positive work environment
  • Coordination and management of staff housing
Tasks and responsibilities
  • Support the order and client data entry in the ERP system
  • Assist the first-level support for issues and general requests about the company, brands, and products
  • Support clients, Sales Representatives, and Store Managers in order management regarding availabilities and order state
  • Give support in deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment check
  • Assist in the analysis of customer pain points, issues, and needs
  • Support the marketing department in various projects  
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall result
  • Coordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
  • Manage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production line
  • Support production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communication
  • Assist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedules
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availability
  • Support risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading our internal team of technical writers, covering classic team management responsibilities including oversight of tools and licenses, budget planning and other organizational topics
  • Planning and monitoring of team activities, by leading regular team meetings, prioritizing and structuring tasks, while maintaining an overview of strategic themes and providing direction on long-term goals
  • Supporting operational topics such as translation workflows, coordination of documentation releases, ensuring deadlines are met and providing direction in specific use cases 
  • Defining content for product-related online trainings and coordinating related projects, including collaboration with external partners such as video agencies
  • Managing and evolving our documentation platform, where the technical documentation is made accessible to both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Acting as the main contact for key internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, R&D, Service) to ensure information flow and over-departmental alignment
  • Driving process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, developing best practices and introducing new tools to support daily operations
  • Supporting the department director by suggesting new methods or tools to be improved with the goal to speed up and simplify the process (writing, check, approval)
